Topic: Want to serve as a guardian ad litem (GAL) or legal counsel for children? This two-part seminar will guide you through legal representation in all of the legal arenas. Part ONE is 10.22.2020 and Part TWO is 10.29.2020; together you will earn a total of 7 CLE credits-6 substantive and 1 ethics. Attend this dynamic seminar training lawyers to serve as guardians ad litem and legal counsel for children and learn from the experts in the family law, juvenile law, dependency and criminal law. You will learn about the best practices in serving children as their legal representative. By completing this TWO part training, you will be prepared to serve as a child advocate in Montgomery County and have ultimately your pro bono service hours will satisfy up to 3 CLE credits for 2020 and beyond.

Comments: The first 20 attendees who take BOTH seminars (second one 10/29) and 3 MCAP cases will be reimbursed all but $50 of their cost to attend.
