Topic: Immigration law is a rapidly changing practice area since the Trump administration. This seminar will address those changes as they affect undocumented people, Lawful permanent residents, Employers sponsoring people, people seeking asylum, family members who want to come to the US, and people seeking United States Citizenship. We will discuss major changes in immigration detention and bond policies at the immigration detention facilities, particularly York and Pike County
