Topic: Program will provide a detailed update on the status of Impairment Rating Evaluations in Pennsylvania in the aftermath of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Decision in Protz v. WCAB (Derry Area School District) and the subsequent legislative changes enacted by the PA Legislature in Act 111 of 2018. The second half of the program will involve a discussion of how Medical Marijuana has been implemented in treatment of injured workers in Pennsylvania and how that change has impacted the workers' compensation system
